Provides clerical and administrative support in the CDDO. Manage statistical information and maintain persons served databases. Experience in office work, software programs, speaking to the public, and organizing data preferred.

Job Summary
Act as the CDDO's liaison to the Quality Assurance/Quality Enhancement Team members who are responsible to monitor the quality of services provided by DSNWK CDDO affiliates. Implement a comprehensive evaluation system that will assist with the continuation of quality services in all services areas within CDDO area. Assist with individuals in applying for services, gathering information for eligibility, and accessing resources in the CDDO area.
Essential Functions
Perform assigned CDDO administrative functions as outlined in the DD Reform Act of 1995 following the regulations of K.A.R. 30-63 & 30-64.
Act as the CDDO's liaison to the Quality Assurance/Quality Enhancement Team members who are responsible to monitor the quality of services provided by DSNWK CDDO affiliates.
Plan, organize, and implement Quality Assurance protocol for the CDDO area.
Coordinate CDDO Surveying Processes including the QA/QE Survey process in accordance with guidelines set forth by the QA/QE Team.
Perform initial and annual functional assessment for individuals seeking or using State funded I/DD services.
Schedule functional assessment meeting that best meet the needs of the individual, guardians, providers, MCOs, and CDDO staff and manage appointments for efficient use of resources.
Assist applicants in accessing community resources and gather eligibility information.
Assist in arranging appointments, interviews and tours for persons seeking services.
Assist CDDO Administrator in determining service eligibility for those individuals applying for services (EDI).
Assist CDDO Administrator in developing and maintaining CDDO processes and policies to efficiently perform required tasks for the CDDO.
Complete PASRR assessments, as requested.
Complete other duties as assigned by the CDDO Administrator.

Job Specifications
Education - Bachelor's Degree or four years experience in the I/DD field.
Experience - A minimum of six months experience working in the intellectual/developmental disabilities field. Experience producing surveys and compiling results is preferred.
Extent of physical effort required - Routine job requirements. Little if any behavior or other physical intervention.
