Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Two years of experience in management and providing staff training, in the developmental disability field preferred. Proficient in the use of technology, social media strategy and analysis, and video/ audio/photo editing (ie: Canva, Adobe). Proficient in Google Workspace. Experience with managing online learning management systems and training development software (ie: Ispring Solutions, Relias Learning). Strong organization, writing, keyboarding and computer skills. Strong verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Starting Wage: $19.73 /hr with incremental increases up to 5 years contingent on experience and education.

Employment Connections is hiring a full-time Secretary to provide clerical support, manage communications, maintain office supplies and schedules, and ensure efficient office operations. General hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, with occasional variation. Starting wage: $13.25 /hr with incremental increases available up to 5 years contingent on experience and education.

Seeking staff to work at an all-male residential home that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. DSNWK operates two farmsteads northeast of Hays, KS, offering residents the chance to enjoy rural living. Suitable applicants should be oriented to the demographics of the home's requirements and be able to teach skills and provide support to individuals both at home and in the community.
